Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.
Standard shipping fee is $8.70 and items are delivered with in 5 - 7 business days.
Orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address; as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing an incorrect address. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from XMP Printing, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. XMP Printing is not responsible for package(s) that show complete delivery.
